Off to our Western Region Head Dojo for our 2014 Kangeiko. A very special event this year as Sensei Coburn was able to somehow sweetalk Sensei David Jones out of hugging his polar bear and coming down from Canada. Am really looking forward to this event as Sensei Jones is recognized for his very high energy teaching.
Only the few, the brave: Wayne and Brett, Tony D, Bob and Damon.
And let we forget: This week we welcomed two new students! More on our Mother/Daughter German team later! I will mention they are very enthusiastic and willing to train hard. It’s good to see…
Exercise suggestions for the week:
30 Bodyweight Squats
The Burrito Core-work
